An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients
The Role
Our Wealth Management Client is looking to recruit an experienced and focussed HR Business Partner, to work within a generalist HR role, and be able to confidently tackle employee relations within the business.
The HR Business Partner will join a highly dynamic team and Wealth Management business.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the recruitment of talent in accordance with the firms HR strategy - working with line managers and agencies to manage the recruitment process.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing the full HR remit of the employee lifecycle.
The HR Business Partner will operate within company and legislative risk parameters.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for Advisory Services, including management of Employee Relationships.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for Payroll Management.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the delivery of HR Management Information and HR Analytics and Recruitment of talent in accordance with the Division.
The Candidate
5+ years’ proven HR experience of working in a financial services HR function.
Financial Services background is essential.
Ability to ‘get things done’ in a timely manner and focussed on the task at hand.
Demonstrate relevant business knowledge to support client needs.
Possess or ideally be CIPD Level 5 / 7 or equivalent qualified or same by experience
