Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures to maintain aircraft airworthiness.

* Raise work orders and requisitions as needed.

* Ensure that planning support and documentation meet the requirements of scheduled maintenance.

* Print, copy, and scan aircraft maintenance records.

* Update the company’s record management system.

* Update aircraft and component log books.

* Liaise with other departments within the company.

* Provide cross-functional support to the CAMO team as directed by the DCAM.

Essentials

* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

* Solid understanding of office procedures and terminology.

* Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional approach to both customers and internal teams.

* Good level of literacy and numeracy, suitable for reporting and administrative tasks.

* Effective verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
