Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 3 FLT Counter balance for our Client based in Burton on Trent.

Working Hours-

- Between 7am-4pm / 10am-7pm [You must be flexible - 40 hour working week

Pay rate- £12.00

Job Duties:

- Loading and unloading trailers for inbound and outbound stock.

- FLT use for stock movement.

- Lifting stock [manually/physically].

- Packing items also.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Experience:

-Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Counter balance and reach forklift truck in a warehouse or production setting
- Valid forklift Counter balance operator certification
- Proficient in operating Counterbalance trucks.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors

This role is temporary to permanent for the right candidates showing good time-keeping, work ethic and seeing through daily duties.
