With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The Graduate will be exposed to a range of projects, so this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to quickily develop within a consultancy environment. They are offering a starting salary of up to £32,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training / progression plans and professional fees.

Graduate Structural Engineer Job Overview

Develop engineering designs from initial concept through to detailed design, tendering, and contracting, while supervising on-site work to ensure project completion in line with design briefs and deadlines.
Create practical design solutions by translating architectural concepts into functional and cost-effective designs.
Conduct structural surveys and produce corresponding reports.
Maintain close communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure project contributions are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while staying mindful of financial targets.

Graduate Structural Engineer Job Requirements

Degree / Masters in Structural Engineering or similar.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Graduate Structural Engineer Salary & Benefits

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri
Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays and additional days accrued with service.
