The Role of a Religious Studies Teacher:

Work collaboratively with other staff members to contribute to the school community
Starting January 2025, full time.
Teach Religious Studies across KS3 and KS4
Plan lessons suitable to all abilities
Ensure positivity is at the heart of all interactions, promoting enriching learning environments
Promote inclusion across the school The Ideal Religious Studies Teacher will:

Be confident teaching Religious Studies to KS3 & KS4 Level
Hold a Teaching qualification (with QTS) or equivalent
be able to adjust teaching practice to meet the needs of all students
Be approachable, engaging and nurturing
Have strong behaviour management skills
ECTs welcome to apply
