Job Description:
Operation of Centreless Grinder / Saws / Straighteners
Despatch of Products.
Receipt inspection of Grid Blank boxes.
Inspection and despatching of products
Ensure products are in spec as per customer requirement.
Carry out material movements in the area i.e. using remote/pendant crane, FLT and Side loader.
Promote and adhere to company Health and Safety policies such as STOP.Demonstrable Experience of:
Machining complex alloys.
Development/Improvement activities.
Application of training.
Positive attitude to safety & quality.
Willingness to work as a team & share knowledge.
Acceptance of accountability and responsibility.
Personal discipline to apply the requirements and accepted standards.
Willingness to use data to help make decisions.
Pride in the workplace.
Exemplary level of timekeeping and attendance.
Drive and determination with the ability to work flexibly.
Able to work to tight deadlines.Additional Information
Shifts: Mon - Fri - Days & Afternoons
Salary: £33,251 + up to 10% bonus - OTE £36K+
