We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and expertise in welding techniques.
Based Kings Norton Area of Birmingham, Working Monday to friday 7-4pm (1pm Finish Friday)
Responsibilities
- Utilise MIG and TIG welding techniques to weld and fabricate metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools for welding and assembly tasks
- Perform stick welding, sheet metal cutting, and bending operations
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications
Qualifications
- Proficient in TIG welding methods
- Solid mechanical knowledge to assemble and fabricate metal parts
- Competent in using hand tools and power tools for welding tasks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations
