Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced AOG person for busy growing privately owned Freight Forwarder based in Heathrow area.
Job Description:-
* Dealing with AOG's shipments (start to finish)
For Exports:-
* Preparing Export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the UK in accordance with the client’s requirements.
* Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
* Completing MAWB’s and HAWB's
* Completion of NES Customs entries
* Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
* Dealing with overseas agents.
* Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal & external departments accurately and efficiently.
* Liaising with Airlines, GSA's and Handling Agents
