Supervising Social Worker (Oldham)

Mbi Staffing are working with a Fostering Agency in Oldham who are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to support the Registered Manager in the recruitment, training, assessment, retention, support and supervision of a range of their foster carers ensuring high quality placements are available for looked after children. You will be required to work as a part of a comprehensive and flexible team delivering the service to the highest standard as required.

Basic Job details:

* The role is based in Oldham (North West)

* £40,000 per year salary (Dependent on experience)

* 35 Hours per week – flexible working arrangements

* 12 Carers to support and supervise initially – all North West based

* Will be involved in initial visits

* Will be required to complete Form F Assessments

* Will be required to participate in our out of hour’s service around 1 week in 5

* Must be computer literate on Charms

* Must be well organized
