Our client is seeking a skilled Gigamon Contract resource to assist in the deployment of packet capture technology within an enterprise environment. This is a project-based role that will involve the design, implementation, and optimisation of Gigamon solutions to enhance network visibility and monitoring capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Gigamon technologies and a strong understanding of network packet capture, analysis, and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Gigamon hardware and software solutions.
• Design and implement network visibility architectures using Gigamon.
• Work closely with end customers to understand their network infrastructure and monitoring needs.
• Perform troubleshooting and ensure the seamless integration of Gigamon with existing infrastructure.
• Provide post-deployment support, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Document installation and configuration procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Gigamon technologies, including GigaVUE, GigaSMART, and other packet capture solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, packet capture tools, and traffic analysis.
• Experience with enterprise network environments and a good understanding of security and monitoring requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Optional: Certifications such as Gigamon Certified Professional (GCP) are highly desirable.
