ServiceNow (Service Operations Workspace) SME contract role - Day Rate circa £550-£600 (inside IR35)

Running until April 2025

Candidates must be UK based but role can be worked remotely

Looking for someone with ServiceNow experience, who's used Service Operations Workspace (mandatory skills required) before, and who has good programme, stakeholder, and comms management skills.

Someone who is able to identify next steps of Service Operations Workspace moving forward, further benefits of using it, where is Service Operations Workspace going in the future (from a change perspective).

Facilitating the delivery of ServiceNow's Service Operations Workspace on behalf of our Clients Change Enablement.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Investigate and drive where appropriate the work required to enable the move to ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace, including reviewing current customisation's that could inhibit the move.
• Provide a transition plan and roadmap including timescales and roles.
• Identify user documentation (job aids, confluence pages etc) that requires updating and provide supporting artefacts.
• Act as the Change ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace engagement lead to key stakeholders.
• Deliver a proforma to deal with new capabilities and functionality in the future for ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace.

NOTE - Candidates must have the correct Right to Work documentation for the UK (sponsorship not available)
