Principal Property Surveyor

Hybrid (2-3 days per week)

Either Manchester, Leeds, or Newcastle Office

Up to £500 per day Inside IR35

We are looking for a Principal Property Surveyor to join an exciting 6 month contract working for a central government agency. The role will be located in either Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle on a hybrid basis. Offering up to £500 per day Inside IR35, the right Property Surveyor will be MRICS or FRICS qualified and have over 5 years of experience.

The role will require you to provide technical advice, assurance and oversight to the group on all asset management matters and lead on issues associated with the occupation of property.

Essential skills and requirements:

• Commercial Property practice experience
• Detailed knowledge of land law
• Negotiation skills
• Market knowledge
• Property management practice and/or lease advisory expertise
• Minimum 5 years PQE in a similar role
• MRICS or FRICS qualified
• Driving license
