We're looking for a Senior Developer or Senior Engineer to work with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering Leads and Executive Technology Stakeholders to shape and deliver disruptive generative AI legal-tech solutions.

You'll require the following skills and experience:

• Extensive experience operating in senior development & engineering positions following industry best practices
• Extensive experience of the modern C# and the .NET ecosystem (.Net 6 or later)
• Extensive knowledge of design patterns with practical experience of at least 3
• Extensive experience of Event Driven Architecture & Event Sourcing (RabbitMQ or Kafka or similar)
• Some commercial exposure to generative AI development with Vector DBs & LLMs
• Extensive experience of containerization with Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience authoring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Extensive experience with distributed systems
• Experience with PaaS or IaC & Serverless computing (Azure Functions)
• Extensive Front End experience with Blazor
• In depth knowledge of scalable, secure & high-performance cloud engineering platforms
• Exposure to Python and OpenAI beneficial but not essential
• Extensive experience in Agile, product centric engineering environments
• A demonstrable passion for continuous learning
• Outstanding communications and stakeholder engagement & management skills, proven in large corporate settings
• An entrepreneurial thinker with a growth mindset

£95k-£100k + bonus + excellent benefits. London & 70% remote
