TeacherActive is thrilled to partner with a mainstream primary school in Kingswinford. This Primary School has big visions for their children, helping them set and achieve their goals whilst being independent.

Role Overview:

As a Primary Teacher at this school, you will be responsible for delivering fun and effective lessons to young children in Key Stage 1 and 2. The best Primary Teacher will work closely with other teachers, support staff, the SLT and parents to help every child do their best. Your role as a Primary Teacher may include planning and preparing lessons, Delivering fun and engaging lessons, being an active part of the school community.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and cater to different learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where necessary.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching up to Key Stage 2 (KS2) is required.
Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
Experience working with SEND students is advantageous but not essential.
Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply, as the school is committed to supporting new teachers through their induction and early professional development.
