Primary Classroom Teacher
Location: Bromley, London

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Classroom Teachers to join a vibrant school community in Bromley. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring all students are provided with the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement to support individual learning needs.
Classroom Management: Create a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning, maintaining high standards of behaviour.
Pastoral Care: Act as a mentor and role model, providing emotional and social support to students, promoting their overall well-being and development.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay abreast of educational advancements.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold QTS and have a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
Experience: Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Creativity: Ability to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to make learning enjoyable and effective.
Commitment: A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
