About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager with a strong background in Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and design coordination to lead civil engineering schemes in Cumbria. This role involves managing ECI projects while working closely with design teams to ensure project success.

Monitoring quality standards and ensuring that all work complies with regulatory requirements and industry best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, minimizing any impact on project schedules and objectives.

Requirements:

·Relevant qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or civil engineering credentials are advantageous.
·Ability to work independently on a freelance basis and handle CIS payments.

What We Offer:

·Competitive Rate: Attractive freelance rates based on experience.
·Flexibility: Opportunities to work on diverse projects with flexible arrangements.
·Professional Development: Potential for ongoing work and growth within the industry.
