Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain clear boundaries to ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies.
Provide emotional and social support, helping young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.
Assist the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager, and cover their duties when required.What's on offer:
