What You'll Do:
Be the primary contact for service tasks, including maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of automatic doors.
Work independently to manage and update your own van stock.
Use a tablet for job reporting and ensure all service tasks are logged accurately.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and contribute to service excellence by maximizing customer retention and profitability. Requirements:
Experience in a mechanical or electrical environment, or relevant qualifications.
Proficient with mobile devices/tablets.
Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues.
A positive, can-do attitude, with the motivation to work autonomously and support team members when needed.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
