Our client based in Tamworth is now looking for Flexographic Printers to join the team.

Salary: Subject to skills and experience

Working hours: (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) rotating shifts

Duties of the role:

* Setting and Operating printed flexographic machine

* Good eyesight is a key part of the role – must undertake colour blindness test

* Ensuring that the area, equipment and machinery are kept clean and tidy

* Troubleshooting issues with the printing press or print quality

* Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental Policies are always adhered to

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Excellent maths and English skills

Ideal candidate:

* Operation of flexographic printing machine

* Experience of mixing and creating specific colours of ink

* Working in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently using initiative

* Experience of working within a production environment

* The ability to manage numerous tasks whilst managing your time effectively

* Aware of the BRC Code of practice
