Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) looking to inspire and shape the minds of young learners? We are seeking an exceptional KS1/KS2 Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Merton. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for KS1/KS2 pupils in accordance with the national curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Implement innovative teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching KS1/KS2 pupils with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
A commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Desirable:

Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration in the classroom.
Additional qualifications or specialisms in relevant areas.
