Job Title: Category Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid (2 days in the Peterborough office, 3 days working from home). Occasional travel to the client's site when required, travel expenses paid.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (9:00 am - 5:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break).

About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Category Operations Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data and operational management, with strong attention to detail and a desire to contribute to category management. You will be supporting the Category Manager in managing product ranges and ensuring accurate and timely communication with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Category Manager in the development, review, and implementation of product ranges for a major retail client.
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, retail partners, and other key stakeholders.
Produce accurate and timely reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and handle ad hoc data requests to support the Category Management team.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Occasionally present findings and updates to external clients. Essential Skills:
