We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, contributing to the development of microcontroller-based power electronics products. The role focuses on designing manufacturing equipment and processes, incorporating automation, robotics. You will work on new product introductions and the development of innovative production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated test and inspection machines.
Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from concept to production.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, including technical drawings and test rig challenges.
Collaborate with production teams for process improvements and operatives? training.
Build, test, and modify prototypes and new product concepts.
Develop electronic circuit designs, including PCB layout and system schematics.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
HNC or Degree in Engineering or Technology disciplines.
Strong background in the technical aspects of electronics products and manufacturing.
Proficiency in software programming and CAD packages (NI LabVIEW, SolidWorks).
Expertise in Test Equipment electrical and mechanical design, and machine safety.
Skilled in using PCB design software and digital design (multiplexers, combinational logic circuits).
Experience with C programming
Familiarity with electronic circuit design, fault diagnosis, and debugging
Key Responsibilities:
