Our client is a multi-national organisation working in the chemical industry providing a range of ingredients and elements in a variety of industry from media to cosmetics and from construction to high fashion. The company work across the globe and have sites across 6 continents.

This role, reporting to Site Operations, will ensure compliance and that all processes and metrics are met. The role will provide leadership and working with management, will implement the SHE Management System to achieve the objectives and targets as defined by management and the SHE Management team.

The site is a top tier COMAH site and therefore it is critical that regulations are in place and adhered to in addition to (MAPP) and any safety reports required by the relevant authorities.

This opportunity will play a crucial role in working closely with key stakeholders across the site influencing behavioural change and seeking improvements in all areas of working practice.

It is essential candidates have experience working on top tier COMAH site in a safety capacity. Ideally, candidates will have CMIOSH or working towards with experience ideally in a manufacturing facility and working with management systems such as ISO 45001, 14001 or 50001.
The role is site based 5 days a week so essential that candidates are based in the Cheshire region.
