If you’re a Senior Project Manager looking for a step up into an Associate role OR an Associate Programme/ Project Manager and thinking about a new opportunity then have a look below and this might be for you…

Who are they:

Pillar Partnership are currently working with a SME who are one of the largest growing and reputable PQS firm based in London and Oxfordshire area. They are looking for Project Managers- either a current Senior or ready to move into a Senior position, and are really keen to speak to PM’s who are keen about healthcare and working on large scale complex projects. They are currently at around circa 100 heads and they are not looking to grow exponentially, they really pride themselves on quality over quantity. They gain their reputation through letting PM’s have exposure to multiple projects at once, large scale projects, and allowed to work autonomously.

Our client really looks after their employees and provide annual bonuses (which they continued to pay through COVID), as well as a really diverse culture. They really pride themselves on their approach to work- this is shown through clients constantly using them for their projects!

The role:

For this role, they are looking for either Associate Project Manager from a healthcare background OR a Senior Project Manager ready to move into this position. This is a CONSTRUCTION role so you have to have physical capital project experience to be considered for this role. You will be in charge of managing a range of existing and new clients/ projects and need to be able to deliver, develop and generate new business. These projects will involve complex programmes so you need to be able to adapt and be prepared to step into a challenging environment.

They’ll consider all applicants on their merit but their ideal Project Manager will have the following:

* Previous healthcare/ laboratory/ life science experience- and ability of delivering these

* Experience in the CONSTRUCTION sector

* The whole life cycle project experience

* PMO expereince

* Implement and develop project and programme delivery strategies, budget and plans

* Monitor and report programme and project progress- including risks and issues effecting project being finished to deadlines

* Team Management

* Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders- attend chair meetings and lead these meetings

* At least 5 years’ experience- within a consultancy company

* Relevant University Degree

* Personable individual, not afraid to work outside their comfort zone on occasion

* Eligible to work in the UK

On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to circa £78,000 per annum plus an impressive benefits package that comprises bonus, pension, health insurance and various other flexi options. Apply now for immediate consideration.

Pillar Partnership specialises in white collar roles across the UK and EMEA regions with our clients including international and SME PQS consulting firms, property consultancies, developers and “end-clients” from across the retail, F&B, leisure and banking sectors. If you’re interested in a confidential discussion about your situation, please reach out to one of the London Construction/Real Estate teams on (phone number removed).
