Role: CAD Designer
Location: Cambridge
Work model: Hybrid after probation
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed CAD designs (2D and 3D)
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and creative teams to translate concepts into detailed, technical models.
Develop and refine design ideas from concept through to production, ensuring visual and functional quality.
Experiment with new design approaches, materials, and techniques to innovate and push creative boundaries.
Present design ideas and revisions to internal teams and clients, integrating feedback to enhance design solutions.
Ensure all designs are aligned with client specifications, brand identity, and industry standards.Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a CAD Designer in design-focused industries
Proficiency in industry-leading CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar).
A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and detail.
Ability to develop creative concepts into detailed, technical CAD designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
A degree or certification in CAD design, product design, architecture, or a related creative field is preferred.What We Offer:
