Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: £45,000 + per annum ( negotiable depending on experience)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8 am until 4.30 pm + overtime

Training as requiredThe Role:
Travel to various sites to ensure the project is running on time and to budget
Responsible for Site Managers and onsite staff
Able to work on projects that are in a live environment
Liaise with site staff and the client
Completing all necessary paperwork including risk analysis and method statements
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Attend site meetings to ensure commercial matters are discussed and resolved
Co-ordinating activities to ensure the project is delivered as planned.Skills Experience:
Steelworks experience (time served)
Excellent organisational skills
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to multitask and willingness to help where necessary
Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
Valid CSCS Black Card (preferred)
Valid SMSTS / SSSTS certification (preferred)
NVQ
Full UK Drivers Licence.
