Horizon Care & Education is seeking a dedicated Property Lease Manager to oversee our expanding property portfolio. As a key member of our Facilities and Estates team, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our leasehold properties. This is a brand new role with the opportunity to grow and shape our Property and Lease department!

What you'll get to do:

Negotiate and manage lease terms for new and existing properties.
Source and acquire suitable leasehold properties for our organisation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations related to property and tenancy management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal property performance.
Provide administrative support for property-related tasks, including asset information, sales, acquisitions, and lease renewals.
Develop and implement a personalised lease strategy for the organisation.
Maintain accurate records of lease and title documents.What we're looking for from you:

Minimum of 3 years' experience of managing new commercial lease negotiations and renewals
Natural problem solver with a solution-focused mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience in tenancy and property management.
A team player who is equally comfortable working independently.
Willing to travel to sites where required
Association of Residential Letting Agents Level 3 qualification is desirable.Why work for us?
