Join us as the Director of Clinical Operations & Governance, where you’ll lead risk management, compliance, and innovation efforts across our organisation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, develop client relationships, and ensure best practices in clinical service delivery.

Role Summary

As the Director of Clinical Operations & Governance, you will be responsible for overseeing risk management, compliance, and clinical best practices. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive growth and innovation while maintaining SEQOHS compliance across our services. With a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and relationship management, you’ll play a key role in shaping our future success.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Mentoring: Manage and mentor direct reports, ensuring professional growth and high standards of care.

Compliance & Policy Management: Oversee SEQOHS compliance, manage policy development, and ensure adherence to all Occupational Health standards.

Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clinical service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Audit & Data Management: Implement and oversee clinical audit programmes, manage data protection, and maintain data integrity within our systems.

Training & Awareness: Lead company-wide compliance initiatives and deliver training programmes for staff and management.

Strategic Contributions: Collaborate in tendering processes, contribute to client presentations, and support the development of client medical policies and project management.

Proven Leadership: A track record of success in nursing management and leadership within an Occupational Health environment.

Strategic Vision: Demonstrable skills in strategic planning, change implementation, and service development.

Collaboration & Influence: The ability to build networks, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and drive positive outcomes for clients.

Analytical & Creative Thinking: Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving and service improvement.

Excellent Communication & IT Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
