Job Title: Machine Operator / Print Finisher

Salary Range: £24,000 - £29,000
Are you ready to join our clients dynamic team as a Print Finisher? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to play a pivotal role in their factory finishing department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their production processes. Working under the guidance of the Production Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various factory machines, resolving production issues, and maintaining the highest quality standards demanded by customers.

Responsibilities:
* Operate a range of factory machines, including Folder, Cylinder, Stitching Line, Guillotine, and Collator
* Effectively communicate job statuses and resolve production/finishing issues to meet job requirements
* Experience in operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make routine decisions to maintain production standards
* Overcome /resolve production /finishing issues, to meet requirements of the job where possible.
* Previous experience in forklift operation and/or relevant certifications
* Prepare finished jobs for delivering by wrapping or packing jobs and stacking boxes on pallets.
* Knowledge of machinery maintenance and adherence to health and safety regulations
* Adhere to health and safety requirements and contribute to the general team ethos and organisational priorities
