The right Maintenance Shift Manager will support the maintenance shift team within a site-based environment while leading a team consisting of a shift leader, skilled maintenance engineers, and maintenance assistants.
Maintenance Shift Manager
* Manage the shift team in day-to-day activities
* Lead while managing customer expectations
* Ensure that all the site equipment and machinery are maintained, and repaired within the agreed scope
* Ensuring delivery to always achieve KPI targets
* Undertake AMHE equipment servicing to the quality standards and time schedules set
* Compliance with Health & Safety legislation always
* Always looking for continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
* Ensure spares are kept to the levels required
* Ensure the delivery of key staff processes:
* Team and individual attendance
* Staff discipline
* Staff development is identified through (appraisal)
* Fully interact with other engineering team leaders to ensure shift consistency while sharing best practices.
* Qualifications: Maintenance Shift Manager
* ONC, HNC, HND, BSC OR MSC in engineering
* Understanding of PLC equipment
