By bringing their structural engineering needs in-house, they aim to reduce reliance on freelance engineers.

Our client specializes in prefabricated structures that are assembled on-site, dismantled, numbered, and coded for rapid re-assembly at the customer’s location. They focus on delivering efficient and precise residential projects.

Job Description

We offer a unique opportunity for a Structural Engineer with a residential background to work on small to medium-scale extensions, refurbishments, and conversions. The role includes meeting client requirements and engaging in various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Work on a range of residential developments.

* Collaborate with clients and contractors from initial contact to project delivery.

* Conduct site visits for project accuracy.

* Provide structural calculations and design for customer projects.

Position Requirements

* Proficient in AutoCAD.

* Excellent technical knowledge.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Structural Engineer role.

* Strong residential construction background.
