Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI.
Detailed oriented with a construction background.
Strong contract management skills, as it relates to performing closeout of projects from general contractors.
Demonstrated financial skills (budget management, financial reporting) for departmental level.
Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service.
Effectiveness of working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives.
Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels.
