POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Generalist Architect who can help contribute to the overall excellence of work delivered by the firm.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Minimum 6-8 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development
Must have experience working in High-end Hospitality mainly, but a variety of experience with other projects such as residential, mixed-use commercial, and Workplace is desirable
Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity
An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills
Detail and task-oriented with a passion for excellence
Pro-active and dynamic in their skills and leadership

At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in Seattle is between $78,000 and $84,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
