What You'll Do

Develop and innovate using JavaScript across our platform.

Create exceptional user experiences in React, backed by a robust Node backend.

Investigate and troubleshoot issues using our monitoring and logging tools, proposing clear action items for resolution.

Uphold our high technical standards by participating in code reviews and contributing to the interview process for new team members.

Collaborate with the team to define the roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Who You Are

Possess at least 5 years of full-time software engineering experience.

Demonstrated experience in building scalable production applications, with a strong portfolio of past projects.

Proficient in Node/JS, React (or similar), Postgres (or similar relational DB), and MongoDB/NoSQL.

Able to articulate the concepts and ideas behind your solutions and break down complex problems into manageable tasks.

Comfortable navigating the balance between speed and perfection, understanding that technical debt can be addressed iteratively.

Naturally curious, keeping abreast of new technologies and emerging trends in FinTech.

Extra Awesome

Background in Finance or FinTech.

Experience developing data pipelines.

Familiarity with payment rails like ACH, RTP, etc.

DevOps experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and CI/CD tools.
