As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, parts ordering, and customer service. Your duties will include developing and implementing effective parts management strategies, maintaining accurate inventory records, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers and technicians. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving any parts-related issues or concerns, and training and supervising parts department staff. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of power generation or equipment parts, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a parts role

Experience with generator or equipment parts is required

Excellent leadership skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Strong customer service skills

Experience with inventory management systems
