Our Home is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and smooth flow of goods and materials. Your role will involve supervising a team of warehouse employees, managing inventory, and implementing warehouse procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy. This is a crucial leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse employees
Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
Monitor inventory levels and perform regular inventory audits
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Train and develop warehouse staff to meet performance goals
Implement and improve warehouse procedures and processes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise
Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
Prior experience in a warehouse supervisory role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and MS Office
Ability to obtain forklift license
