Thomas Creek Woodworks, a leading manufacturer of custom wood products, is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. At Thomas Creek Woodworks, we take great pride in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality wood products to our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers throughout the order process. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

Process and manage orders, including order entry, tracking, and resolution of any issues

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer concerns

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service and cabinetry experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in use of internet browser, online shopping, typing,

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and organized

Benefits

Hourly Range: $17 - 21.00 /hr Depending on Experience
