In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing content updates, and coordinating website projects to ensure our clients' needs are met with efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot website and content issues, liaising with developers and designers to implement solutions.

Content Creation & Editing:

Develop and maintain editorial calendars for client websites and digital campaigns.

Write, edit, and proofread website content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and accuracy.

Collaborate with freelance writers and designers to produce engaging, high-quality content.

Website Updates & Management:

Perform website updates and changes using WordPress, including basic graphic adjustments like resizing images and creating banners.

Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, optimization, and performance monitoring.

Ensure websites are SEO-optimized and monitor performance metrics to drive improvements.

Technical Coordination & Support:

Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client website issues, ensuring websites are functioning optimally.

Provide clients with support and guidance on using website features and CMS tools.

Requirements

Experience:

Proficiency with WordPress and content management systems (CMS).

Strong copywriting and content editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) for simple updates.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance analytics.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining strong client relationships.

Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools for content optimization and automation.
