What You'll Do

Provide first contact technical support via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, networks, and printers.

Communicate easily, and confidently with our awesome client base

Manage and maintain client's IT infrastructure

Maintain an organized ticket queue, providing regular ticket notes and updating ticket statuses

Document ticket completion notes in a way that end users will understand

Collaborate with team members for assistance, and escalate tickets as needed

Communicate regular updates to the Service Manager

Requirements

General technical understanding

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

IT troubleshooting ability

Strong Windows and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Ability to work independently, and with a team

Willingness to learn new technologies

A passion for having fun while performing at a high level

Ability to work On-Site in Mechanicsburg Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
