Join our dynamic, remote team as an Agile Product Coach where you can serve our federal client. You will mentor and guide product owners in embracing Agile principles and product ownership best practices.

Responsibilities:

Provide coaching to product owners on a Data Science project on Agile principles and best practices, helping them refine their skills in areas like backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, and product visioning.

Train product owners on techniques to create and maintain a well-defined, prioritized, and value-driven product backlog.

Guide product owners through Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, ensuring they are prepared and outcomes are aligned with business goals.

Coach product owners on engaging and managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that product goals are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Help product owners develop clear product visions and roadmaps that align with business goals and customer feedback, guiding long-term planning and strategic decision-making.

Introduce and monitor key product-related metrics, such as customer satisfaction, business outcomes, and delivery efficiency, ensuring data-driven decisions are made.
