Job Description
The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office.
Job Description:
Assist employees in person, via email, or via phone for the changes of address, I-9 updates, employment verifications, work cards, name change, marital status updates, etc.
Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly.
Assist with personnel-related system transactions.
Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve assigned HR Admin issue(s).
Completing letters for Verification of Employment.
Scanning and filing, making sure records are stored appropriately.
Assist with HOTSOS tickets.
All other duties as assigned by management.
