ProSidian Seeks a Program Specialist | Policy and Procedure Development, Appeals, Education, Outreach, and Appraisal Support [EHSS(phone number removed)] Engagement Team | Project Manager Labor Category - STD Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: (phone number removed) located Washington, DC supporting The Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) is The Department of Energy (DOE)’s central organization responsible for health, safety, environment, and security; providing corporate-level leadership and strategic vision to coordinate and integrate these vital programs. EHSS is responsible for policy development and technical assistance; safety analysis; and corporate safety and security programs. The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security advises DOE Senior Leadership on all matters related to environment, health, safety and security across the complex.
Seeking Program Specialist candidates with with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as EHSS. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (Program Specialist) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Specialist
Support policy and procedure development
Conduct research and document revision of regulations, orders, and procedures
Assist in processing FOIA, Privacy Act, MDR requests
Prepare correspondence and track requests
Maintain accountability of Classified Removable Electronic Media (CREM)
