Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support management teams across a portfolio of care homes
Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety standards
Drive occupancy, growth, and financial performance
Foster a positive, inclusive management culture
Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement proactive improvements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality care

Strong leadership experience in healthcare, including managing care and nursing teams
Expertise in staff development, recruitment, and succession planning
Ability to handle operational demands, including crisis management
Knowledge of regulatory standards within the healthcare sector
