In this role you will cover purchase and sales ledger, daily banking and working closely with the Hospitality Accountant with ad hoc projects.

This role will suit an Accounts Assistant with experience, wanting to be part of a team, have good administration and organisational skills, wanting to stay in Newcastle Upon Tyne long term and wanting to be stable in their role.

THE ROLE:

Inputting invoices, making payments and dealing with supplier queries
Invoicing, receiving payments and credit control
Reconciling and posting daily revenue including adjustments
Ad hoc workTHE PERSON:

Qualified by experience or working towards a finance qualification
Team player and good administrative and organisational skills
Accounting software and Excel knowledge
