You'll need to characterized as empathetic, caring, and responsible. As an Early Years Practitioners you are driven by a strong desire to support children during the crucial early stages of their development.

We're Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner:

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare.
Solid experience working within the EYFS and a great understanding
Proactive and empathic
