Role:

Conducting planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks on building fabric and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.
Performing repairs and renovations to building structures, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting as required.
Collaborating with team members to prioritise maintenance tasks and deliver efficient solutions.
Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively to maintain facility integrity.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or in a similar facilities maintenance role.
Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet maintenance objectives.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
