A recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Sales department with the appointment of a Business Development Manager.

As Business Development Manager, you will seek, evaluate and present new business opportunities with new and existing customers in all company product offerings. Responsibility for the management and development of selected Customer Accounts.

Working from their manufacturing facility in Birmingham, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

*Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products.

*Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.

*Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals.

*Pitching sales and products to new and existing customers.

*Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.

*Following up on client leads.

*Being aware of market trends and competitors.

*Raising the company profile by attending exhibitions and seminars.
