Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a national training provider and awarding body for specialist sectors and occupational roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an enthusiastic team, in a forward thinking and innovative organisation.

As the roles are very varied, we require candidates who are flexible, positive, and enthusiastic and able to support a busy administration team with a number of tasks and key responsibilities as below:-

Key Responsibilities

1. To respond to requests and actions that come through the online system within the agreed SLAs to ensure efficient delivery of CSCS cards and candidate certification, registration requests and all Centre/qualification information is updated.

2. To ensure accuracy and effective controls of by sampling outputs and recording results, resolving, and escalating issues where appropriate.

3. To ensure all stock levels are maintained at all times.

4. To respond to telephone/email enquiries/complaints in a timely fashion and to record and escalate any issues to be followed up.

5. To ensure all products are accurately dispatched and recorded on a daily basis.

6. Supporting the financial function for Sales Invoicing and other general finance enquiries.

The successful candidates will have previous administration, database or accounting experience and knowledge of good office practice. Training and development will be offered to support the successful candidates in building their career path.

Applicants will ideally have:

* Experience in the use of information technology and web-based data systems and/or

* Experience in Sage or other accounting software

* Qualified to Level 3 in a relevant IT/Accounting/Business Administration qualification

* Experience of working to regulatory authority/training provider requirements and meeting deadlines

* Able to communicate confidently, effectively and professionally through all channels including phone, face to face, and using electronic technology – e-mail, zoom, google meets, social media etc.
