At Simplyhealth, our health plans provide the opportunity to attend routine dental treatments, visit the optician, have complementary therapies (e.g. physio) and much more by providing financial support to those that really need it.

But we’re not just your average health company; we’re aiming to revolutionise access to healthcare in the UK by offering innovative health and wellbeing solutions that are affordable, accessible, and effective. From preventive care to comprehensive medical support, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, inspiring them to make the most of their wellbeing.

As Bids Manager, you’ll be a new business subject matter expert and key advisor to our Sales Leadership team across Simplyhealth. You’ll maximise our ability to consistently win and retain large clients through an effective, efficient, and professional large or complex bids and tender process.

Content Library Management: Create and maintain an easily navigable bid/content library that supports the wider business.

Resource Communication: Effectively communicate available resources to maximise utilisation and improve the quality of bids, proposals, and presentations by sales teams.

Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to Sales Leadership on new business opportunities.

External Support: Commission and manage external support as needed, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
