Responsibilities:

Peraton is currently seeking skilled and qualified candidates for our Information Technology Manager position with the USPS TESS program located in Norman, Oklahoma. This position will be responsible for managing the information technology department along with implementing, maintaining policies and goals that support the programs IT needs.

This position is for a proposal that has not yet been awarded. If awarded, this position is projected to start in January 2025. Selected candidate must reside or live local to the Norman, OK customer site. Company will provide relocation assistance for selected candidates if relocation is required.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

Ensuring proper functioning of the information processing system and overseeing any necessary upgrades.

Helps business operations groups utilize information systems to improve efficiency.

Ensures computer equipment, hardware and software are updated to meet organizational needs.

Oversight and direction of IT support staff.

Implements and maintains policies that support organizational IT needs.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

10 years’ experience along with a bachelor’s degree

U.S. Citizenship (Must have resided in the U.S. the past five years with no more than six months outside travel during that time frame).

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Previous experience with maintain and repairing computer equipment, hardware and software.

Previous experience with policy implementation.

Previous experience performing computer, hardware and software upgrades.

Target Salary Range:

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
